"The Weekly Dish" February 15, 2013

Aloha,

How's it going, folks? Thanks for following "The Weekly Dish" radio show, and keeping up with our online adventures as well as tuning to the KAOI airwaves each and every Friday morning.

This morning, we kept it cool and cruised through another fantastic voyage. My co-host Groovy Shawn Michael brought his sweet wife Jem to the studio for the ride, and we were graced with the raspy morning essence of such sexy and sassy performers as musician Erin Smith and creative alchemist Rachel DeBoer.  We caught Rachel for some "Pillow Talk" about tonight's "Kiss Kiss" cabaret spectacular at the 'Iao Theater.

Erin is back on Maui to perform her first "Supper Club" with Stella Blues. (See flier below!) We went old school, and played a little "Kihei Town" off "Don't Slow Down" of 2009 from The Throwdowns. You can also catch her at Whale Day tomorrow with The Throwdowns. They go on after 12 p.m. See you there!

Whale Day is one of my favorite days in Kihei! All you need to know about tomorrow's big hooray for the kohala (whale) is in this week's Maui Weekly. Pick up a copy, or visit the handy links here.
