It's another beautiful day here in paradise, and we're feeling blessed on Maui as our friends on the Mainland get doused with flurries. At least you get to snowboard! I know, I'm a spoiled climate cutie now... ;-)

Excuse the recording's technical difficulties this morning, as at the beginning of the show, we had some piercing mic issues. I'm going to the big punk rock show at Hard Rock tonight, so I guess it doesn't matter if I have quality hearing or not. :-9
Besides our stellar small biz 'ohana, the Maui Weekly goods, and arts & music scene scoop, we shared benevolent stories from our special guests, including artist and community advocate Tim Garcia and Katherine Day for the Island Girl Pin-Ups' "Go Red Garden Party." Wonder women Tiare Sua and Dana Nitti of the Maui AIDS Foundation stopped in to dish the deal on the fabulous fundraiser this weekend, Mardi Gras Maui at the King Kamehameha Golf Club venue.
We also played the track "Sideways" off Sing the Body's new album, "Contrast."
